Q:
How do you work with our logo?
A: We take your custom logo from
a high resolution .eps, .tiff, .jpg or .bmp file and digitize
it. The term digitize refers to the computerized method of
converting art work into a series of commands to be read by
an embroidery machine. These commands tell the machine when
to start and stop sewing, what kind of stitches to sew, what
colors are to be used, etc.

designs. There are many of them, so if you don't see what
you are looking for let us know and we will help you find
a design that might be suitable for your needs. Any stock

Q:
How do I care for my embroidered garment?
A: When washing the embroidered
item for the first time -
- DO NOT BLEACH! Bleach will ruin the thread and possibly
the garment itself.
- Turn the item inside out, this will help protect the stitches
from being damaged from other items in the wash (ie - zippers,
etc.)
- It is important to wash the item in cool or warm water
with a mild detergent.
- Do not allow articles articles to soak in water or to
lie on top of each other when wet.
- Dry on low to medium heat. If the item must be ironed,
use a warm setting. Iron only the backside of the embroidery.
